- THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW -
1. Prices in this site include:
Round-trip motorcoach transportation in air conditioned, lavatory equipped buses.
All lodging on overnight trips. If available, overnight tours are priced for single, double, triple and quad occupancy. With double, triple, and quad occupancy, rooms will have two (2) beds.
All admissions to places of interest as outlined in the itinerary such as cruises, train rides, bus tours, etc.
Tips to baggage handlers at all lodging areas.
All reserved seat tickets to performances, plays, games, etc.
Any meals specifically described in the brochure as part of the package. All other meals are the responsibility of the customer.
2. When making reservations you may
request a smoking or non-smoking room. We will male every effort
to honor your request but we cannot guarantee the availability of these rooms.
3. Gratuities for drivers and escorts are not
included in the price of individual tours. If you feel that your driver
and/or escort has provided service worthy of praise, your gratuity will be most
graciously accepted. Tipping drivers and escorts, however, is not required
or expected.
4. If you have selected a multiple occupancy
rate, please specify you roommate(s) when making your reservations. If you
have no roommate but would like one, Country Road Tours will make every effort to find
a suitable roommate for you on a first come basis. If we are unable to
match you with a roommate you will be charged the single occupancy rate.
