    MOTORCOACH CANCELLATION & TRANSFER POLICY:

  1. All monies paid are fully refundable or transferable if you cancel before the deposit due date.

  2. Cancellations after the deposit deadline, but before fourteen (14) days of the trip's departure will be subject to a 50% loss of deposit.

  3. Cancellations with less the fourteen (14) but more than four (4) days notice will be subject to a 100% forfeiture of the deposit.

  4. Forfeiture of the entire fare will result when a trip is cancelled less than four (4) days in advance of the trip.

  5. No shows, No Refund.

  6. All cancellations must be received during normal business day/hours.  If deadline falls on weekend/holiday, notice must be received on business day prior.

12.    AIR & CRUISE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

  1. Due to the variable requirements of Air & Cruise Lines, cancellations penalties are greater than they are for motorcoach tours.  Thus we strongly recommend the purchase of Travel Protection Insurance.  See section 13.

  2. Situations vary from tour to tour and month to month.  We will make every effort to obtain the largest refund possible but it remains your responsibility to insure against loss.

13.    TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE:

  1. Travel Protection Insurance is available through our office and is highly recommended to insure the traveler against any number of situations including, but not limited to trip cancellation, trip interruption, and travel delay.

  2. Upon receipt of your paid deposit, you will be sent a letter of confirmation along with a full description of the coverage available.

  3. We strongly recommend the purchase of the Coach USA Travel Insurance Plan to protect you and your travel investment.  You should pay for the Plan at the time you make your initial deposit for your trip to ensure that the Plan exclusion for Pre-Existing Conditions is waived (provided you are not already disabled from travel at the time you pay your premium).  See insurance information below.
